Probably just becasue I went to college in the 80's ('82-'87) and that was when I did most of my partying, that's why I enjoyed this movie. It was like a trip into my own past at times. Yeah the jokes were slap-stick, but that's also the way movies were in the 80's. I enjoyed all of the visual ques used to set the movie in the time period. It was actually a bit nostalgic for me.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Very predictable movie. No surpises at all! Except may I was surprised I paid full price to see this. Didn't seem too believeable to me that people would take things to this extreme.

Good action, but at times you could tell the scene was shot on a stage. And a couple of scenes the CG wasn't the greatest, and things didn't look "real" enough. Oh, and the commercials give away almost the entire story. The story itself also has a few plot holes that make you say "Huh?".
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I've always been partial to The Original Series... and I still enjoyed this movie very much! A new twist that I heartily approve of! Heard of a scene deleted that I wish was shown though.
