The Princess and the Frog far exceeded my expectations. This was the very first movie we have taken our 2 1/2 year old daughter to see in a theater. She was totally mesmerized the entire time. Held her attention from beginning to end. When the film ended she said "more" again and again. She has been talking about the movie ever since. I was equally charmed by the unusual story, the characters, the animation and the music. Disney at its best. And the movie had some really great messages as well. As an additional note, we are the white parents of an adopted black child and BRAVO Disney for finally creating a black princess for people of all races.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
