Finally a dark Batman

Many have critiqued this film for being 'too dark', but I would say its the first Batman that gives you a feeling of loss when death occurs. Death shouldn't be a funny or casual thing, so I'm glad someone had the balls to approach a comic book film like this. And Ledger's performance was burned into my brain...amazing, and I would hesitate to give such Kudos beings that everyone in the media has already jumped on the bandwagon (I assumed because of his recent passing) but I must give credit where credit is due. Its so unfortunate that such a talent will not be appearing on the screen again.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
