Visually Beautiful / Poor Story Choices

My daughters and I all read this book and loved it! We were all very excited to see the movie and while it was beautifully filmed we were not pleased with some of the choices made to th script. The worst offense was completely changing Marlena's back-story and combining Uncle Al and August which made it difficult to have any sympathy for August.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

We were a group of 8 half of us had read the book before and the other half had not. Every one of us loved the movie! Those of us who had read the book obviously missed certain plot developments but still found the movie incredible. The ones who hadn't read it yet are all going to read it now. Don't miss it.

Great from beginnig to end.

If you are a fan of the book or even if somehow you've never heard of Twilight, you are going to love this movie. While a movie can never be as good as a book the decisions made to combine scenes or eliminate a few was almost perfect. The chemistry between Bella and Edward was amazing and Kristen Stewart was PERFECT as Bella. The supporting cast were also very good and even choices which I thought originally wouldn't work ended up being fine.
Everyone in our group thought it was excellent.
If you are a single straight guy you need to go & see this movie! The theatre is packed with teen girls thru single women in their 30's & I was probably one of only 6 guys in the whole theatre. This is the place to meet a girl or woman.

Great Experience

We've seen Rent the movie and on stage in Florida, but never had the opportunity to see the Broadway show. While this isn't quite like seeing a show on Broadway its very close. The camera angles and facial expressions which may not be clear at a live show were perfectly placed throughout the movie. We loved this and hope it comes out on DVD soon so we can add it to our collection.
