Thoroughly delightful. I enjoyed so much I saw it twice w/in 24 hours. The scenery is excellent. The movie includes tons of segments that are straight out of the play. The voices are not michael crawford (except maybe Amanda's - Meryl is good) - but the actors present the characters excellently. I love the diversity of the casting from Meryl Streep to Collin Firth to Christine Baranski, to Julie Walters, to Pierce Brosnan, to Stellan, Skarsgard. Make sure you stay through the first part of the ending credits.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
