All I am going to say is that I have been a Batman fanatic since I was about 7 years old. I have been there for the hype, and I have been there for the lows. I collect the books and I have seen the flicks; some good, some bad. And with that being said, I have never seen anything like The Dark Knight. I never thought anyone could capture the essence of what Batman is since the late greats Bill Finger and Bob Kane. The horror of the Joker, the indecisiveness and passion of The Batman left me in awe. This flick has it all and more. The cast was extraordinary and the story was breathtaking. Chris Nolan is a master of his craft and blew me away with his beautiful vision of the character I love. Don't go to this flick because of the hype: go to it for an experience. I saw the movie yesterday and I am still speechless. This is a movie for the ages. That's all.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
