There is a lot to celebrate with this movie. I enjoyed the action scenes and the techno/fantasy stuff; it was really fun. The Joker was portrayed in a convincing style and clearly expressed chaos in every scene. Michael Cane’s character does a fine job of bringing stability and a tiny bit of realism to the story line. The movie is about 20 minutes longer than necessary and it gasps for enthusiasm because of it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
