Two Face Unconvincing Turnaround

Heath Ledger, Christian Bale, and Christopher Nolan deliver what could possibly be considered one of the greatest sequels ever made. Heath Ledger's joker ranks among the greatest movie villains of all time. However, this film does not measure up to the first installment for one reason. The character arc of Two Face seems too abrupt and unconvincing. His fall from a "white night", face of justice District Attorney, to a revenge driven killer over the death of his lover feels rushed and compressed. This may seem a bit harsh to some of you, but I stand by my opinion. This keeps the movie from attaining 5 star status. 4 and 3 quarter stars.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
