This was the best IMAX experience I have had. The movie was fun to watch, kept moving and you were almost sad it was over. The movie is great for kids and adults. The 3d effects and colors were awesome. Don't miss this movie in 3d IMAX

Yep..lived up for expectations

With all the hype surrounding this movie, you don't expect it to live up to the hype. In the past few years, very few movies have. The list can be counted on one hand.
With that said, this movie lives up to the hype. You are kinda mesmerized by the performances. Christian Bale's performance is solid as you would expect. And the hype surrounding Heath Ledger's performance is right on. All the actors were great, and there are plenty of small twists in the plot to draw you in. You get what you are expecting and a bit more.
The movie was filmed great. The effects are solid and are very believable. There is nothing in the film that makes you say "Aww come on". So without going on any further, if you had thoughts of myabe seeing this movie, just go. You won't be disappointed. And if this type of movie isn't your thing, you could be mildly surprised. Films like this with acting like this normally don't get Oscar attention, but this should be an exception.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
