Too many villians.
Too dark,with undistinguishable fight sceens, and I'm a martial artists. Why so depressed Bruce? Billionaire, babes, toys, Butler, Mansion, Crime Fighter........get real, non of that's depressing. Ledger was way over the top. No one that insane could zip his own pants much less bring a City to it's knees. And what's with the morality lesson on the two boats? The civilians would have been blown to dust in the real world...in a real quick hurry. The last two Batman movies start off ok then drag on and on and on and then try to cram it all together in the last few minutes. Also I cannot be convinced that Gotham's citizens would be anti-Batman at any point.
Hell Boy Two was a much better movie.

Good summer fun on a hot hot day. The characters were awesome and the effects above the norm. Absolutely loved it!!!!!
