I enjoyed this movie far more than I expected. Although the topic was depressing, I thought the film brough up some excellent points about commitment, technology and relationships in a world where intimacy and true feelings are often pushed aside for expediency.
The actors all were believable and well cast. All in all, I would recommend this movie.

Angels and Demons was beset by its own demons. Predictable and tedious, I was very disappointed in this film. The shots of Rome are wonderful but where was the real intrigue? It was so easy to predict where it would end I didn't read the book and apparently it didn't matter one bit. Give us more story and less insignificant exposition. Ron Howard, with all due respect, I know you can do better.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

How wonderful to sit back and enjoy an old fashioned epic filled with love, adventure, magnificent scenery. I loved every frame and Hugh Jackman is gorgeous. The camera loves him. Kidman is fine but the young Aborigginal boy steals the film. I thought they didn't make 'em like this anymore but thankfully, once in a great while, they do.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
