How can you not love the score and the scenery!!! After seeing the musical on stage a movie is never quite as good...this was no exception, but it came pretty close!!!
I think Meryl Streep might have been a touch too old and Pierce Brosnan was not believeable as a singer, but I enjoyed it none the less!!
All in all it was a thoroughly entertaining movie with GREAT music!
