5 stars is a movie that leaves almost no significant room for improvement. I’ll say there is a certain quality about the events of certain character in the end that may have felt a bit rushed, but that is about it. 5 stars is a terrifyingly hilarious villain who makes the audience laugh and then turns them silent in shock. The Joker makes Simon Gabel (Die Hard 3) look like a kid playing a game of mouse trap and he does it with Hannibal Lecter-like presence. 5 stars is everyone being perfect. You’ve heard people say how movies aren’t as good as books because it’ll ruin the way you imagined it? Well however you imaged these characters; it isn’t as good as Nolan’s vision which he executed flawlessly. 5 stars is a comic book adaptation that did back flips over the countless obstacles between it and the “legitimate” film category. This film deserves consideration for a best picture nomination. 5 stars, simply put is a film worth your time and money.
