Despite Nolan's attempts to stay away from CGI in this newest Batman movie, they sure have produced a well rounded ACTION film. Special effects, cool chase scenes, sinister bad guys (Joker and a greatly overlooked Two-Face by the trailers), new gadgets, and a whole lot of bang are what to expect at a premium from this summer blockbuster. I would recommend this to a friend but only if that friend was older than 12 because of a conflict with impatience and a 2:30 run time, not to mention that joker and two-face are both really scary. I probably would not waste your time if you are looking for something other than pure, awesome action because, despite all the hoopla about Ledger's performance (it was very enchanting), the movie is not a drama.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
