I do think Johnny Depp is amazing but this movie was poorly written and directed. There was no real story line, no character development, a lack of communicating the vibe of the era. One hour in I was looking at the time wishing it would be over. The only pro was the acting, every actor did a great job with horrible script they were given.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
