This was the worst movie ever produced. If I knew that I get get paid the big bucks for a script that used the F word almost every other word I would have written a movie myself. No script, no plot. Boring.
I almost asked for my $29.00 back form the theater. There were 12 people in a 150 seat theater.
I was in my thirties in the eighties and I don't remember anyone in my crowd using the F word every other word.
Burn the master and don't release on DVD. This is a bomb.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Ben Stiller should get out of directing and acting. Although there was some humor it was not a comedy. The F word was used more than Al Pacino used in Scarface or Red Foxx used on stage.
About the only good part of the movie was some of the visual effects. I am not some old fuddy duddy. I do not mind the F bomb in a movie occasionally but every other word thats a little bit much.
Stiller is not an actor and should go back to whatever he did before trying to act or direct.

Unfortunately there were only 4 people in a theater that sat around 100, since everyone wanted to see another movie that was playing.
My 11 year old son and I enjoyed the movie although it was a little predictable. Eddie Murphy has a wide range for acting and this one was not one of his best but it was enjoyable. There was some adult humor and and humor for the kids. Hey sometimes you got it and sometimes you don't. That doesn't mean I won't see another of his movies.
I would recommend it to anyone who needs a laugh.
