Disney’s Bolt

One of the best Disney (formerly Pixar) films. It was very entertaining from start to finish and offered plenty of laughs. Guaranteed fun for all ages. It is unfortunate that this one didn’t get the box office attention that it deserved.

Exceeds Expectations

Honestly, I did not go into this movie with high expectations. Having already seen much of Jim Carrey’s work, I felt this would be “just another Jim Carrey movie”. It wasn’t. Actually, it was a great movie with a great message. It offers laughs throughout and includes Jim Carrey’s traditional slapstick humor. If you would like to see a “Jim Carrey movie” that SURPASSES YOUR EXPECTATIONS, you will enjoy this one.

I just got back from seeing this movie and thought that it was so funny! I had my doubts going into the theater due to all of the negative reviews it is receiving, but now I just don't understand what those poor reviewers were thinking! My friend and I laughed so hard throughout the entire movie and I cannot think of another movie that has made me laugh this much. THE WHOLE THEATER BURST INTO LAUGHTER THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE MOVIE!!! Just go see it already. ;)

Batman on IMAX!!!

I'm so excited that I finally got to see this movie (was able to get tickets after 3 weeks). If possible, wait to see this film on an IMAX screen, or go see it again on IMAX. It was such a great way to experience this film. When the Joker first appears, it feels like he's about 100 feet tall!!! Although this movie is 2 hours 30 minutes, the time passes pretty quickly. Heath Ledger was amazing!!! Other things potential viewers should know is that although it is only PG-13, it is pretty dark and most likely "very scary" for younger audiences or sensitive viewers. I want to go see it again!!! (Depending on what you have heard already, some of my friends were "disappointed" because they felt the film has been too hyped up. So just go in and see for yourself.)

Watch it in 3D!

If you don't see this movie at the theater in 3D, don't bother. This film was made for the 3D adventure (many objects specifically pop out of the screen). As a PG film, this movie is great fun for the entire family. Not scary, but some great action scenes. I felt like I was in a video game more than I was watching a movie. Quick film at 1 hours and 30 minutes. Have fun!
