Dark Knight best summer film.

This movie was phenomenal. When I first heard Ledger got the role of the Joker, I was like you have to be joking?!? He's way to pretty to pull it off. He was amazing. By far one of the best performances I have ever seen in a film. Christian Bale was excellent as Batman/Bruce Wayne, and Maggie Gyllenhal certainly stepped up her game to make up for Katie Holmes lack-luster performance-even though I love Holmes, she was not at her best. Not a dull moment in this movie, from start to finish it held my attention, which is quite a task for two and a half hours. Definately some Oscar worthy performances in this one!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
