Interesting back-and-forth rhythm to the editing. Magneto and Xavier good. Some of the action sequences too fast for my tiring eyes. Other actors at worst OK. Some of the special effects neither convincing nor breathtaking. The guv'mint perhaps just too bad even for suspension of disbelief. Things to think about. Moments of elation.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Sidelight
Norse myths meet science and comics. Borrowings from Arthur and Christianity. Modern life scorned and beaten up. Can warrior nobility and sexy science really fall in love? Odin loses his eye for the wrong reason. Attractive actors. End credits rush through the cosmos. Loki communicates more than his lines say. Some of the Norse darkness comes through, played against glaring dusty Arizona town. Right and power.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
