Dark Knight = Fun Night

I took my 8 year old daughter and 10 year old son to see this movie against warnings that it was too dark, and although the movie was incredibly moody and even scary at times, they were entertained and had a GREAT time watching this movie. It is intense, The Joker is really creepy, and there was actually a point in the movie that surprised me so much that I yelped out loud like a dog who's had their tail stepped on. I scared the poor people around me. Oh well... The movie rocks. It's got great action sequences, the characters are well developed, and unlike most comic book villians, The Joker doeesn't have any hokey one liners. His dialogue is cunning, creepy, and believable which is what makes him so unforgettable -- that along with his unique quirks that Heath gives him. Never has The Joker been played like this before. Aaron Eckhart does a great job at the DA turned Two Face. He also is very intense and even scary at some points. Great, great movie.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
