Of all the Twilight movies, this one delivered the best! Yes, the beginning was a bit mushy, but if anyone who has ever read the books knows thats how it is! Loved the reception scene (Emmett always has the best punch lines!) After that, it was all downhill - in a good way! The montage at the end made me teary eyed. Reading the book, I didn't "feel" connected with the birth b/c it was through Bella's POV. But seeing Edward & Jacob react, and seeing her so still WOW! **Knew** it was going to end where it did, and it was a perfect spot to leave you wanting more! Can't wait for part 2!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I thought it stayed as close to the book as possible...but some parts seemed to drag on as I felt they stretched it out to allow for the 2 movies. The dancing scene I think was needed to break the tension, it was very funny but sorta felt like I was watching something much to intimate between the friends...of course thats just my opinion.
The one thing that wasn't elaborated on was the shard of mirror Harry kept looking it. Every time he looked, would drive me mad trying to remember where he got it since none of the previous movies it was mentioned. And for someone who has never read the book would probably be confused.
The way it ended was perfect though and I can't wait for Part II.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
