A new bar has been set for comic book movies!

Let me start off by saying that I am a huge Batman fan, from Adam West to T.A.S., from from the serials of the 40s to the newest comic. When I heard Heath Ledger was as casted as the Joker, my stomach flipped. When I found out that the Joker painted his face on, I was horrified. Then The day came, I saw on Friday at the 730 show. Not 10 minutes after it ended I was buying the tickets for next Saturday to watch it at the Imax theater. Not only did this movie not dissapoint, it surprised at how well Heath captured the true spirit of the Joker. I also love the surprise villian they put in the end (although we hardcore fans weren't really surprised) Over all, go watch the movie....twice.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
