The Best Batman Movie Yet...

Heath Ledger as the Joker is one of the best villians in any genre of any movie ever. The movie as a whole is very exciting, thrilling, and even kind of scary at times. In my opinion, this is the best comic based movie of all time.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
