A FEW LAUGHS

Without question this was not Will Ferrell's finest performance. If Mark Wahlberg was not his partner the movie would have failed. The laughs are few and not always that funny. A disappointment for those who follow Ferrell.

An excellent film that demands your full time attention from start to finish. What dreams are made of. Excellent acting, fantastic cinematography, great music which makes for a very creative film that grabs.hold of you and won't let go. Exhausting, but go see.

A WILD RIDE

A pinch of James Bond, a dash of Jack Bauer, a heaping portion of Jason Bourne and you have Evelyn SALT. Very fast paced action with Angelina Jolie carrying out extraordinary feats of daring, bravado and sheer domination over a cast of spies, counterspies, CIA, KGB and assorted others.Your thought process will be racing to figure out who is who as SALT entertains.

"El Buzzo" was a scene stealer, when he could only communicate in Spanish. Provided a whole new dimension. Overall Toy Story 3 equalled or surpassed 1 & 2 a , a rarity for sequels. The story is most entertaining and has many redeeming social and moral lessons. A great movie for ALL to see and learn. Woody, Buzz, Barbie and the entire crew bring much enjoyment and laughter.

Tom Cruise and Carmen Diaz team to make an implausible plot funny and entertaining. Plenty of action in this movie. Actually better than several of the summer fare so far.

A very entertaining movie, but does not attain the level of entertainment and interest that "IRONMAN" produced. The action is excellent, the sound is extremely loud, the photography is super. The acting and role of Scarlett Johansson steals the show. She literally saves IRONMAN.

OUTRAGEOUSLY FUNNY!!!!

The superhero Kick Ass is not believable and is dull as a comic superhero character who can save the world. Instead his character and the entire movie is saved by the actions of super heroine HIT GIRL and her father, Big Daddy. How an eleven year old can rescue and save a movie doomed for boredom is a sight for all to see. It is most entertaining, but WARNING it is loaded with violent action and four letter words. The supporting cast enables HIT GIRL to be the star.

FUNNY, FUNNY PEOPLE

Two of our funniest comedians join forces to portray a husband and wife out to restore a glow to their suburban marriage which has become too routine. Their adventure into the Big Apple for a night on the town provides tons of laughs and some intrigue. The supporting cast to Steve Carell and Tina Fey add to the hilarity of the movie..

Amazing animation in 3D and IMAX makes for a great combination. The story is perfect for families. The action should appeal to young and old. I recommend this movie to one and all. One of the best animated movies I have seen.

Almost Made It

The film overall was good. Acting very good. The story, while old had a different twist, but was too predictable. The sensual scenes never reached the top. The action lacked the intensity of an earlier film "Fatal Attraction" which set the bar for unfaithfulness and the resulting emotions. That is why I use the title "Almost Made It".
