Big parts of the script seemed to be pointless. If you cut out the whole business with the Hong Kong businessman it wouldn't have made one bit of difference. The two face story line was OK, relevant to batman only as a tangent and a symbol of how "everyone is corruptible". Only they're not, which is the theme of the movie: there is a line which one man won't cross and that is what makes him different. The gangsters served what purpose? They just pop up from time to time to have someone for main characters to aim one liners at or move the story forward with expository dialog. On second thought maybe one star. Well no it had lots of redeeming elements but over all it was so disorganized as to feel silly.
