What a treat on the Big Screen!! Superb story, excellent casting, dialogue and acting. The story remained true to the former TV/movie series with a few minor exceptions. The minor details in dialogue and scenes that they used to tie this movie to the former characters were interesting and exceptional. I'm a Star Trek fan from the start, and I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. It definitely earned a place in Star Trek lore.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Excellent movie. It was full action and suspense, but actually had a plot with several twists and turns. The performance by Heath Ledger was chilling, eery, and yet totally believable. He portrayed both intelligence and insanity bent on creating chaos just for the 'fun' of it. I'd go see it again.
