Machismo in movie form

If you've been looking forward to it, The Expendables delivers everything you would want or expect. It's a perfect throwback to over-the-top '80s action. The story is thin and starts slow, but who cares! Once we get past Mickey Rourke's Inspiring Speech the action never lets up; the bullets, punches, and explosions are flying. But the motivation never gets lost and you actually care if the good guys win, which seems rare these days. See it for Guys' Night.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
