Why So Serious?

Not long ago there was an extreme anti-superhero sentiment with film critics. If Dark Knight did not silence them then they are speaking out of prejudice. This film was not held together by flashy effects. This was a character driven film, that seemed to thread together a great plot while taking a look at many aspects of the concepts we have seen in six films over the last 20 years. It took away the silly fun side Burton had in the 80's and put it in a much more believable light. Intense and well done, this movie will be quoted for decades.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
