They hype about Heath Ledger's performance is well placed....a real scene-stealer. Most intense movie I have seen in a while. There were lots of kids in the theater but they were all spellbound 5 minutes into the film. There is something about Nolan's film that makes you astutely aware of everything that is going on, one such device is the lack of music during action sequences. These scenes were carried by the sound effects which should also be Oscar material. Lastly, it's always great to see Chicago being used on the big screen. Go see! Go see!
