Watched midnite viewing with mostly young adults, myself a older woman. Crowd was very rowdy before film. Once movie started, everybody was glued to the screen and their seats. I have to say that Heath Ledger's performance was fantastic. You don't see or hear the actor, it's the Joker you are watching up there in all his demented glory. The critics were right, he was good. All the actors were good in fact. They were all giving of themselves, even the bit players. Chris Nolan did a great job. This movie will stand the test of time.
