I did not know what to expect beyond the preview trailer for this movie, however I was hoping for and exciting and interesting movie. While the movie was interesting it was not very exciting. I found myself almost falling asleep halfway through the movie.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Great action movie, definitely worth seeing on the big screen, although it isn't the G.I. Joe anyone would expect from the cartoon. Kept me entertained throughout, however the ending could have used some more to it. The effects are awesome, great quality and not over done.

Most of the other reviewers and I agree that they tried to put to much into the movie. However to me it also seemed a little forced into tying in with the other movies and the end of the movie left me with the remark "is that it". There seemed to be a lot that they left out to make it a movie and instead it felt more like watching a series of short stories. On the lighter side it was a good movie to watch if you like x-men and wolverine and I would watch it again. The action sequences were great and the effects were superb. I also do agree with others that Gambit should have had more appearances during the movie. For a big character film I feel it was kind of lacking in effect, although it did turn out to be a decent film.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
