Movie of the Year

I thought that Dark Knight was, if not the best movie that I have ever seen, then easily top 5. It was the picture of the year, and definitely the best superhero movie ever. It featured a stunning screenplay, incredible action, and gripping scenes. I was literally on the edge of my seat the whole time. Not only was Heath Ledger the best Joker ever, but he was the best character portrayal by any actor for any character. Don't let him overshadow the rest of the cast, because everyone was masterful. Christian Bale was captivating once again as Bruce Wayne and as Batman, and the dynamic between Joker and Batman could not have been better. Aaron Eckhart was awesome as Harvey Dent/Two Face and of course the rest of the cast, Maggie Gylenhaal, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, and Morgan Freeman. A must-see movie for sure!
