WOW! My daughter and I saw the Play last year and feel in love with it. But the Movie brings everything right up close and personal. It's like you are right there on the island with everyone. The music is even better than ever. Meryl Streep is a great Donna and does a wonderful job of making you laugh and then when she's talking to Sophie before the wedding I was in tears, it makes you really think about how fast our kids grow up. Pierce Broson is a great Sam. It was also nice to see the guys of ABBA had a hand in the movie.
It was a great movie to share with my 14 year old daughter. She loved it too. I highly recommend MAMMA MIA to everyone. Take your dughter, sister or a friend and spend a couple of hours laughing, crying and watching a great movie.
