The Dark Knight has set the tone

The Dark Knight did the impossible......it made a comic book movie believable in our modern times. You cannot watch this movie and just think "This is a comic book movie" because it is more than just that. There is hardly any CGI in this film, which is a refreshing change. The acting is top notch and the story is glorious. I cannot believe this is only rated PG-13, but I am not hating! There are some gruesome moments and the Joker's menace will make you squirm in your seat. This movie was fun, thrilling, breathtaking, and unforgettable. Heath Ledger upped the ante in his craft with his final role as the Joker. He plays it so well it is scary. He will be missed. Even if you are not a fan of super hero movies, I think this movie will appeal to all fans of all types, because its that good! Any superhero movie that comes out next sure has a flawless act to follow.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
