Believe the Hype

Ladies and gentlemen, The Dark Knight is worth the hype people are giving it. There are a handful of great superhero movies out there but this stands out from the rest. I believe this is because it didn't have any shred of a comic book feel (for the lack of a better term). It had a sense of realism that surpasses it's comic book movie counterparts including Batman Begins.
The acting was superb and totally on par with what is expected of a cast full of critically acclaimed actors. (Heath Ledger's performance showed me that the Oscar talk was well deserved.) It is my firm belief that even those who do not like comic books, or movies based on them, will like this movie.
