The performances are stellar, the characters interesting, the themes complex AND well-wrought. If anyone who isn't a fan of comic-books-turned-movies is thinking of seeing it, do watch it; the few moments of comic-bookish technology bow down to the weightier issues that the movie tackles with grace and intelligence.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
