while i am older than most of the people who went to the midnight showing (they were mostly teens) hardly any of them remember the jack nicholson joker. so they think heath is the one and only joker. they probably only think christian bale (who plays creepy, dark and tormented very well, just like heath) as the only batman. heath, he was good as his own joker, but i can now see why he killed himself. this movie was dark and kinda sad, i realize that some heros need to be tortured but for god's sake everyone in this movie is tormented in some way except for alfred....i really thought part way through the movie they would kill him too. it was good movie. as for myself i would rather watch the first batman with jack n. and michael keaton.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
