This movie was made well but so depressing and full of angst. It was in line with what "hip" people thought of marriage I suppose in the early 60s. As if life has passed them by. I was born in 1960 and was the product of that era. If my parents ever felt that aggrieved by having me and my sister, they thankfully never showed it. I think this movie is terribly overwrought and over done. Though I do love Kate Winslet and Leo.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
