Dark Knight.....more like Damn Right!

last night, at midnight, myself and a posse of some of my friends went to see the first showing of Batman, the Dark Knight.
It was Amazing. i will see this movie at least twice more before it is taken from theaters. from begining to end, it kept me on the edge of my seat. there were amazing fight scenes, great dialogue and story, and it rang true to the most hardcore of batman fans.
i would have to say that the best performance awardsa, in my opinion, go to Heath Ledger and Maggie Gyllenhal.
Maggie brought a dept and a realness to the character of Rachels Daws that was missing in Batman Begins. i could actually beleive she was a real person.
Heath did what will be known as the best performance of his life. the character was very well thought out and researched. and he invested in it to the point where i forgot it was heath and simply accepted him as the joker. and he is the best joker i have ever seen. i now realize why that is my favorite villain. he plays him as ruthlessly as the comics portray him. and he is sooooooo amazingly real, that i could beleive person like exists and is simply waiting to plunge our world into chaos. if only we had batman.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
