Darker, but better

Excellent characterization, a much darker feel than the first one, easily sets up the third. Really, this movie was as much Harvey Dent as it was Batman. Nolan and company definitely upped the drama and depth of the players without sacrificing the action. And Heath Ledger needs to be seen to be believed.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
