Too much of a good thing

This was an exciting and well-acted movie. Heath Ledger was truly amazing, some of the creepiest I've ever seen. Christian Bale overdid the whole voice disguising technique, becoming annoying about a quarter of the way through the film. The movie ran about 30 minutes too long, and could have been edited to a comfortable length. Overall, the effects were awesome and I would not miss Ledger's last and perhaps best performance.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
