The casting was excellent. It was good to see a talented character actor given wider scope.
There were a lot of themes that stayed with you: the complexities of immigration, moving on after the death of a partner, expanding personal connections to include ethnic diversity and friends of different generations, standing up for what you believe is right.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
