The effects were good, but the story could have gone so much further. I'll watch it when it comes out on video.

Great movie for Trekkies and non-Trekkies!

Great movie, great cast, great story! I was confused with the beginning, being a Trekkie lite, but absolutely loved how they pulled it off! I'm so glad that the greatness that is Gene Rodenberry's Star Trek is back! I'm sure he's smiling from ear to ear with this one!

I must admit my expectations were low considering it was a sequel and I was pleasantly surprised! Loved it - the peguins were great!

Great movie - even if you haven't read the books. Took my 16 & 14 year old and they loved it. Best part was that it wasn't all blood and gore.
