A snappy, fast-paced thriller that provides a genuine rush to close out the summer. Even if you prefer four wheels over two, you're in for a pulse-pounding time. The nonstop action and physicality is like watching a two-wheel parkour workout video. An action lover's wet dream, with enough character and self-aware intelligence to forgive the rampant silliness at play. A must see.
A strange, but strangely entertaining combo of drag racing machismo, slapstick silliness, raunchy riffs, politically incorrect rants and sweet nothings. "Hit and Run" is a race to ridiculousness, but at the same time it's a bit of a gas. This one checks all the boxes for summer escapism: hot cars, hotter women, highway hooliganism, a hell-raising hero, hapless cops, hilarious villains, no plot and no apologies. A must see.
Has all the charm and good-natured enthusiasm that will appeal to children, but this is one that parents might love even more. An enchanting fairytale designed for young and old alike with a satisfying payoff for anyone willing to suspend disbelief in the face of a supernatural storyline with an implausible premise. Uniquely enchanting, wish-fulfillment fantasy fable and a must see
It's relentless, in the best sort of way... bigger and better than the first film...what it lacks in brains it makes up for in brawn. Taut, humorous and attractively packaged, the sequel is both fleet footed and engaging enough to captivate audiences with more than just nonstop action. A must see.
Pros well paced

Your mama's like a vacuum cleaner... she sucks, she blows and she gets laid in the closet.
[A] very raunchy and sometimes pretty funny comedy - which isn't above going for dumb jokes, but is also smart enough to play to its two stars' strengths. ...if you're already fed up with just how stupid real life politics has become, this movie is the antidote. The movie has political savvy as well as comedic chops and a must see.
Bourne fans will find much to enjoy about The Bourne Legacy, even if they are forced to do without the title character. Gilroy has brought characteristic taste and skill to a nearly impossible task: embracing the past without completely erasing it, thereby creating an invitingly complicated and open-ended future. Smart, taut, sleek, tense and unrelenting -- an ideal action movie and a truly exemplary sequel. A must see.
A solid action film where director Len Wiseman and the writing team avoid the trap of trying to be more meaningful or thoughtful than necessary. Between Beckinsale's feral killer, and Cranston's mix of wry humor with authoritarian villainy, this smart update streams like a bullet train. Kudos to filmmakers, who do it all sans the 3D/IMAX frills. Altogether, it makes for a noisy, 100-mile-an-hour action fest, perhaps a notch more mentally challenging than your average Jason Statham film. A must see.
There's nothing revelatory to be found in The Watch, but the cast's knack for improv, a poetry of the profane, makes the adventure worth...viewing. For hang time with the guys, you could do worse than "The Watch."
The dance sequences are thrilling and eye-popping and worth the price of admission if this is your thing, but contrary to its message, it will not change the world. But the dancing will make you sit up and take notice. The plot is pure boilerplate, yet the draw of this franchise has always been its fancy footwork, and the movie's stuttering, herky-jerky spectacles of impassioned movement are pretty extraordinary. At its best, it embodies emotion through movement. All in all, I mean if you've ever seen any of the other Step Ups then this movie should come as no surprise that the dancing is the main focus over an actually plot, but it definitely takes it to a whole new level which makes this a must see in itself.
The biggest surprise may just be how satisfying Nolan has made his farewell to a Dark Knight trilogy that many fans will wish he'd extend to a 10-part series, at least. A phenomenal piece of film-making by a director at the top of his game and a spectacular and emotional end to the trilogy. The Dark Knight Rises isn't just a stunning piece of summer escapism, it's an urgent -- and ultimately cool -- plea for personal responsibility in a world where liberty lies in chains. A must see.
