whether you're a fan of the series or not, you will be amazed with this movie!
the storyline was great, keeping to the original comics which is entertaining to both readers and non-readers. it included plenty of twists and had a somewhat complex plot which kept it interesting throughout the 2 1/2 hour movie
the acting was fabulous! all the hype about heath ledger's last performance is well-deserved (i guarantee you will watch and have to remind yourself that its actually him)
aaron eckhart did a great job being able to flip roles from public hero to two-face
christian bale was pretty much the same as in batman begins, no complaints here

the action and effects were awesome- the movie kept a good balance between action and keeping the story together.. definitely edge of your seat stuff!
basically, i wouldn't have taken time to write a review if it wasn't that good..
