i put batman begins on the very top of my favorite movies of all time list a little over 3 years ago.. after eagerly awaiting the dark knight i'd say the wait is well worth it! this movie is pretty awesome. it's different than begins though and has an even darker feel to it, which works. my only somewhat minor quip is that the last half an hour could have been pretty much cutout altogether. i felt like it got extremely sloppy towards the end and there were about 2 or 3 points in the film where it could have ended. no matter, i think the first 2 hours are flawless!! 2 hours of a perfect movie is rare, and that alone puts the dark knight on top of my favorite movies of all time!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
