I have to say, I came into the movie with a very high expectation, and I was totally blown away. Heath Ledger pulled off a Joker that was completely different than the comic Joker, but completely amazing in his own way. Aaron Eckhart played a flawless Harvey Dent, right down to Twoface's mad mood swings as his regained and lost his humanity. Christain Bale carried a dark and angry batman like he was born into the role. Toss in a few nice nods to the comic book (I love how they nodded to Jokers infinite backgrounds) and a nice spattering of humor, and you make a midnight show that I was very happy to see and take 3 hrs of sleep before work!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
