Good story; poorly told

Great story, but not that hard to figure out, in spite of the director's self-indulgent shell game. The pace was interminable. The story would have been told more powerfully and effectively with about 40 minutes less of celluloid. The story is certainly heartwarming, but the snail pace wears you out and frustrates. Don't pay $10; wait for DVD.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
