If everyone broke into a happy song at the drop of the hat it would be a better world. The cast is pretty, the islands are pretty, the villa is funky and colorful and even the extras seem happy to be there. I love the older cast (Meryl, Christine, Julie, Pierce, Colin and Skars) with their windblown hair down and the minimal makeup . They looked fabulous. I read a review that the songs were shoe-horned into the script, but really the songs are the script.
