Great action and fight scenes, though pushing the violence and gore limits. The acting was excellent, including some deftly placed and executed humor scenes in an otherwise dark story. Theme of renewal and perpetuation of the human race is reminiscent of Terminator themes, but still makes for a fresh ending.
The visual effects are what makes this movie. The story lines and relationships are a bit weak and the acting, for the most part, is not very believable. It appears the headline actors are out for having a bit of fun making the movie and don't really draw you into the story.
About 2 hours into the movie, it started to drag and lose my attention, with the ending being a bit predictable and anti-climactic.
Still, worth seeing, if only to be thoroughly entertained and wowed by the cinematography.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Entertaining and enlightening, providing rare insights for those not working inside the show business world what an enormous and talented effort is required to envision and produce a show of concert tour caliber. This is an affirmation of MJ's solid and deserved crown title of King of Pop.
